The Knitting Swan at Unravel Autumn 2024 (Farnham, England)
I am pleased to announce that on September 13 and 14, 2024, we brought The Knitting Swan to Unravel Autumn, a yarn festival based in the World Craft Town of Farnham, Surrey 🥰.

Unravel is the largest yarn festival in the South East of England, renowned for its excellent curated collection of businesses with ethical ethos and modern aesthetics.
We set up a lovely knitting corner in the Cellar Bar area of the festival. Based on our love for IKEA shopping, we really wanted to create a space where our products can be showcased in their most functional settings.
Throughout the festival we were showered with love from festival goers! Many said they came specifically for The Knitting Swan. People came to buy and many took pictures of the backdrop to make sure they have our website and socials 💞. (As a first time physical seller, we did not have our business cards at the ready--a lesson learned for next time as so many asked for them 🙈!)
Among many visitors to our stand, there were amazing designers and podcasters who came to say hi.
We learned so many things from the event! While e-commerce continues to be our focus (we are looking to eliminate all shipping fees so shoppers from outside the UK will have a maximally seamless experience)--we also look forward to showcasing our products in more physical settings 🤩.
